This is one of my favorite sessions of all time. In home shoots are so intimate and quiet. I know photographs can’t make sound, but when I look through this gallery I feel the feeling of quietness. It makes me think about quiet moments I’ve had with my husband, just sitting and cuddling, listening to each other breathe, and enjoying the mundane parts of life. A big trend in photography right now is to post pictures of couples laughing their heads off, mouths wide open. But I think we also need to remember how amazing the moments when our mouths are shut and we’re just looking.
